By downloading or using Real Thai Conversations ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. What the app is

Real Thai Conversations is a Thai language learning app offering lessons, dialogues, exercises, games, audio, and AI-assisted conversation practice. It is an educational tool; while we work hard on accuracy, we do not guarantee that every translation, romanization, or AI response is error-free.

2. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription ("Premium"), billed through your Apple App Store account:

• Monthly subscription: USD $19.99 / month
• Yearly subscription: USD $99.99 / year (equivalent to about $8.33 / month)
• Free content: new users enjoy 7 days of extended free access (all of Level 1 plus the first lesson of Level 2) — no payment details required. After that, the first three lessons of Level 1 remain free forever. A subscription unlocks everything.
• Local prices may vary by region; the exact price is always shown in the App Store before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial, if one was offered).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Fair use

AI conversation and speech-scoring features consume third-party computing services and may have reasonable daily usage limits. We may adjust these limits to keep the service sustainable.

4. Your content

Voice recordings you make for practice stay on your device. You retain all rights to them.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its AI services, and don't use the AI conversation features to generate unlawful or harmful content.

6. Availability and changes

Features that rely on network services (speech scoring, AI conversation, some audio) require an internet connection and may occasionally be unavailable. We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the app.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
